The Rio Bravo Generating Station is co-generation facility producing electricity from natural agriculture by-products. Subsequent to construction of a glass production facility adjacent and Casino adjacent to the properties, dust containment became an absolute necessity. A 40 foot high dust containment barrier was constructed to prevent the dust from leaving the site and entering the glass plant next door. Judge Netting designed an effective dust screen and the barrier was constructed without disrupting operations at the plant. The screen is 600 linear feet, engineered for 100% solid wind load, and utilized a high strength fabric. This barrier provides security, dust containment, and privacy and has eliminated the environmental problems with the adjacent businesses.
