TL;DR

Judge Netting rebuilt the driving range golf safety netting barrier at Eagle Glen Golf Course in Corona, CA, replacing a worn-out system with new 70-foot steel poles and netting in a one-week installation.

Overview

Eagle Glen Golf Course in Corona, CA needed to replace the aging netting along its driving range, which had reached the end of its service life after years of exposure to sun, wind, and repeated ball strikes. Judge Netting was brought in to design and install an entirely new driving range barrier system, new steel poles and new netting from the ground up, to restore full protection along the range.

Key Project Features

  • New driving range barrier built with new steel poles and new netting throughout
  • Installation heights up to 70 feet
  • 1″ mesh UV-treated polyester netting with black resin dye and bonding treatment
  • Custom-dimensioned barrier fitted to the range’s property line

Project Challenges

Access to the drilling locations along the range was difficult, requiring a specialized drill rig to reach and set the new poles at the heights the project called for. The team planned pole placement and equipment staging carefully to keep the range barrier construction moving efficiently despite the access constraints.

Solution Provided

Judge Netting replaced the worn-out netting system with a complete new barrier: new 70-foot steel poles paired with new 1″ mesh UV-treated polyester netting, engineered and tensioned to hold up against the site’s conditions for years to come. It’s the same kind of full range-barrier rebuild recently completed at La Valle Coastal Club.

Why It Matters

A driving range’s netting is its first line of defense for neighboring properties, roads, and golfers on other parts of the course, which is why range-barrier replacements make up a large share of our project portfolio — including the similar rebuild at Peninsula Golf & Country Club – New Range Barrier. With the old system replaced start to finish, Eagle Glen now has a full-height barrier built to current standards, giving the course reliable, long-term protection instead of patchwork repairs to aging netting. If your range netting is showing its age, schedule a free consultation and we’ll assess what it needs.
